Kind Hosts Relaxing Stay Peaceful Nature Weekend Getaway Cozy Fireplace Fully Stocked Kitchen

“This was one of our family's favorite weekend getaways. The hosts were amazing. They are onsite, but out of site, and super friendly. They literally thought of everything! S'mores kits, fire pit, hot tub, hot chocolate bar, coffee bar, stocked kitchen including dishes and spices. Hygiene products in case you forgot. We were able to canoe on the pond and it was serene. There are coy fish and we were able to catch awesome bluegill with the fishing net. It's catch and release. We hiked the creek up to the waterfall and had amazing views of birds, frogs, and other wildlife. You can tell a lot of love goes into this place and we will certainly be returning.”

“This was our second visit to the cabin. The hosts are incredibly kind and thoughtful. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are games, books, and movies to enjoy, and I loved flipping through the photo album of historic cabin photos. Be sure to check out the binder of local restaurant menus- super helpful! Besides fishing and watching our kiddos play in the pond, my favorite part of the cabin is the screened porch with wood burning fireplace. There’s truly something special about this place!”

“Exactly what we needed for a short getaway. The "tent" was perfect and stocked with everything you could ever imagine. Loved the seclusion and sitting on the porch with my coffee. The hike to the waterfall was beautiful. If you're looking for relaxation, romance, or nature this is the place. Even with the seclusion though, wireless service worked great as I had to get a bit of work in. Can't wait to come back in the spring!”

“We just adore this place! We have stayed at both the cabin and the safari tent. Both are unique and it's hard if not impossible to pick a favorite. The host is so sweet, and she literally thinks of everything. Her interior design is gorgeous, and she makes everything so cozy. I have lost count how many times we have stayed with Roosevelt Glamping and we will continue to go back. We have 2 small children, and this is just the getaway we need. It has literally saved our marriage. It's also close to home in case something happens but feels like it's a million miles away, it reminds me of West Virgina. It's just absolutely gorgeous.”

“Jenny is a fantastic host that thinks of every detail! The beautiful Hidden Valley Cabin was perfect for our quick getaway. Not one but 2 fireplaces, hot tub, and screened in porch made for a very relaxing weekend! Can't wait for another visit to this lovely property.”

“Our stay was wonderful-brought our two little dogs on their very first vacation and they were so relaxed in the environment. Even though it rained a lot we still enjoyed the coziness of the cabin. All in all it was a great few days away from home. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Hidden Valley Cabins.”

“We absolutely adore Hidden Valley Cabin! This gem is tucked away amidst 60 wooded acres with hiking trails, waterfalls, a nice pond, and even tame ducks. Owners Jenny and Jeff are fantastic, and do their very best to ensure you have a wonderful stay without being at all intrusive. Our family has stayed here both in early winter and the height of summer, and really enjoyed ourselves both times. This is a great location for families with kids, as well as for a romantic getaway for two.”
